How to make chicken dynamite at home

INGREDIENTS  

Season chicken Ingredients

Flour Mixture Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. Flour
  • 4 tbsp. Starch
  • ½ tbsp. Baking Powder

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1½ tbsp. Wing Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Honey

INSTRUCTIONS 

Season chicken Preparation.

  • Cut the chicken breast to medium pieces.
  • Whisk 1 tbsp. black pepper, 1 tbsp. salt & 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. chicken seasoning in a small bowl. Season chicken with spices.
  • Place chicken in a medium bowl, cover it for 30 minutes.

Flour Mixture Preparation.

  • Whisk 6 tbsp. flour, 4 tbsp. starch and ½ tbsp. baking powder in a medium bowl.

Sauce Mixture Preparation.

  • Whisk 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1½ tbsp. wing sauce, 1 tbsp. paprika seasoning, & 1 tbsp. honey together.

Preparation and Cooking.

  • Dredge the chicken pieces in flour mixture.
  • Pour oil into a cast-iron skillet. Place chicken pieces in the skillet. The oil temperature should be about 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Turning with tongs every 1minute and adjusting heat to maintain a steady temperature of 300°–325°, until skin is deep golden brown.
  • When the chicken pieces are a deep golden brown, remove them to a wire cooling rack.
  • Dip the fried chicken while it’s still hot in the sauce. If you’re frying in batches, keep the finished pieces warm in the oven at 200 degrees F.
  • Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
