Milk Pudding

Delicious Milk Pudding (Muhalbia)



1 – Combine the powder milk (4tbsp), starch(3tbsp), suger(3tbsp), rose water(1tbsp) and water(1 cup). Stir over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until it becomes paste then remove it from heat.

2 – Combine the topping cream and puck cream. Add them to the milk mixture and stir until it becomes smooth paste with no lumps.

3 – Heat the butter in a nonstick or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat then blend the waffles and cinnamon and stir for 2 minutes.

4 – Divide the mixture to 2 parts and add the cocoa powder on one of them.


5 – Serve.
