Fruit Smoothie With Greek Yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • 3 OZ Raspberries Organic
  • 6 OZ Strawberries Organic
  • 2 tbsp. Raw Honey or Sweetener
  • 1 Light Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Whey Protein (Optional)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Yellow Mango
  • Milk

Instructions:

1 – Blend Kiwi with milk and ½ tbsp. of raw honey or sweetener until smooth then pour it in the cup for the first layer.

2 – Blend strawberries with milk and ½ tbsp. of raw honey until smooth then pour the 2nd layer.

3 – Blend mango with milk and ½ tbsp. of raw honey or a small bag of sweetener until smooth then pour it.

4 – Blend Raspberries with milk and ½ tbsp. of raw honey until smooth then pour it on the top.

5 – Serve and enjoy the taste.
